Terms of Service

1. Service

Agenturo provides AI agent creation and hosting. Agents are conversational AI, not humans. All AI responses are algorithmic and may contain inaccuracies. Agenturo is not a provider of professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction. The service is available for business or personal use.

3. Billing & Refund Policy

Subscriptions are billed monthly at $29/month via Creem, our merchant of record. All payments, tax, invoicing, and compliance are managed by Creem. Free trials convert automatically unless cancelled. No refunds. The 7-day free trial (no credit card required) provides a risk-free evaluation period. Cancellation stops future charges but the current billing period is non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not: use agents for illegal purposes, impersonate others, generate harmful content, circumvent safety systems, scrape or abuse the platform, use lead capture for spam or unsolicited marketing, or sell collected data to third parties.

5. Content Ownership

You own your content. Agenturo has a license to process and serve it. Agenturo does not claim ownership of user-generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Service provided "as is." No warranties on AI accuracy. Limitation of liability to subscription fees paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party can terminate. Agenturo may suspend accounts for violations with notice. Data deletion follows the GDPR retention schedule.

8. Governing Law

UAE law. ADGM courts for dispute resolution. GDPR compliance maintained regardless of jurisdiction.
