Privacy policy

Version 1.0 · Effective 28 July 2026

All Lit collects no personal data. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party software development kits. The app contains no networking code of its own and no server of mine receives anything — I run none. The only network traffic it can produce is Apple’s own, described in section 3.

This page explains that in full, and sets out your rights anyway, because you are entitled to know what is not happening as precisely as what is.

The policy

01Who is responsible

All Lit is made and published by Anton Agafonov, an independent developer based in the United Arab Emirates, trading as Agenturo. One person — there is no company behind this, and no one else has access to anything described below.

For the small amount of personal data that reaches me at all — see section 5 — I am the controller for the purposes of the UK GDPR and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Contact: support@agenturo.app. That address is the way to reach me about anything in this policy, and it is answered by me.

Agenturo is a separate service with its own, unrelated privacy policy. That policy does not apply to All Lit and does not describe it; this page is the whole of what governs the app.

I have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. None of the conditions in Article 37 that would require one is met: All Lit is not a public authority, its core activities involve no large-scale monitoring, and it processes no special-category data.

02What the app stores

All Lit writes the following to your device. None of it is transmitted to me or to anyone else, and none of it identifies you.

Levels completed, tap counts, stars
So the game remembers your progress · your device only
Daily Board history and streak
So the daily puzzle is one attempt, and the streak is real · your device only
Settings, such as whether you have tipped
So the game behaves the way you left it · your device only

A copy of your progress is placed in a shared container on your device so that All Lit’s own widget and Live Activity can display your streak and stars. That container is private to All Lit and is not readable by other applications.

Deleting the app deletes all of it. There is no server-side copy, no backup held by me, and nothing for me to return, correct or erase on request — because I never received it.

03Apple services

Two features are provided by Apple. In each case Apple, not me, is the party that receives any information, and Apple’s processing is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

Game Center — optional

If you are signed in to Game Center, All Lit submits scores and achievement progress to Apple’s leaderboards under the alias you chose with Apple. I do not receive your Apple Account, your real name or your email address, and I cannot identify you from a leaderboard entry. The game is fully playable, offline and signed out; nothing is withheld if you never sign in.

In-app purchases — optional

All Lit offers three optional tips. They unlock nothing: no levels, no hints, no content, no cosmetics. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Payment card details, billing name and billing address never enter the application and are never seen by me. I receive only Apple’s confirmation that a purchase completed.

Reminders — optional, and off

All Lit can tell you when a new Daily Board is up. It is off until you turn it on in About, and turning it on is when iOS asks your permission — never before, because a game that asks at launch has not yet given you a reason to say yes.

The reminder is scheduled by your device, using the operating system’s own scheduler. There is no push server, no remote notification and no device token: the Daily Board is computed from the date, so your phone already knows when the next one exists and needs to ask nothing and no one. Turning the switch off cancels it.

04Device motion

All Lit reads your device’s accelerometer and gyroscope so that the orbs respond to how you hold and tilt your phone. That data is used within the frame it arrives in, to move the picture, and is never stored, logged or transmitted. It leaves no record on your device. If you decline motion access, or if your device has no motion hardware, the game remains fully playable.

05If you write to me

The in-app support link opens a draft message in your own mail application. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send it, and you can read and edit the entire message first.

The draft includes the app version, build number, device model, iOS version, screen size and refresh rate, so that a bug report is actionable. It contains no identifier, no location, no contacts and nothing about your gameplay.

If you do write to me, I process your email address and whatever you choose to tell me for the single purpose of answering you. The lawful basis is my legitimate interest in providing support (UK/EU GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). I keep support correspondence only as long as it takes to resolve the matter and for up to 12 months after, then delete it.

06What never happens
  • I do not sell or share personal information. Under the CCPA/CPRA I have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months, and there is no mechanism by which I could. (If and to the extent the CCPA/CPRA applies at all — its thresholds are far above anything this app reaches.)
  • I do not track you across apps or websites. The app’s privacy manifest declares no tracking and no tracking domains, and it ships with no advertising identifier access.
  • I do not profile you and make no automated decisions about you.
  • The app uses no cookies and is not a web view. These pages set none either — no analytics runs on them.
07Your rights

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, to opt out of sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

In practice there is nothing for these rights to reach. I hold no personal data about you other than any email you have sent me yourself. If you have written and want that correspondence erased, ask at support@agenturo.app and I will delete it and confirm, ordinarily within 30 days.

08Children

All Lit is suitable for all ages. It collects no personal information from anyone, and therefore collects none from children. There is no age gate because there is nothing to gate. The app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics, no chat, no user-generated content and no links out other than to the support address and these pages.

09International transfers

Your game data never leaves your device, so it is never transferred anywhere. Where you use Game Center or make a purchase, any transfer is Apple’s, under Apple’s own safeguards. If you email me, that message travels to my mail provider, which may be outside your country — that is unavoidable in sending an email, and it is the only transfer involved.

10Security

Your game data is stored inside the app’s private container, protected by iOS file-level encryption and the device passcode. Because nothing is transmitted, there is no data in transit to intercept and no database of mine to breach.

11Changes

If this policy changes, the version and effective date above change with it, and the current text always appears at this address. If All Lit ever began collecting personal data — there is no plan to — that would require a new version of the app, and this page would be updated before that version shipped.
