Say so — it is read by the person who made the app.

Adding a better voice

Then your language.
5Download a Premium voice
Chirp picks it up the next time you open it.
The voices that ship with iPhone work. A Premium one sounds markedly more like a person, and it is the other person who hears it. iOS keeps them somewhere no app is allowed to link to directly, which is why this is a walk rather than a button.
Languages
A download that will not finish
Translation assets belong to iOS, not to Chirp, and iOS asks you to confirm them with a sheet of its own. If you dismissed that sheet, tap the language again and choose Download when it appears.
“iOS has not downloaded English”
Every partner language failing at once means one missing asset, not twenty: your own language’s. One download covers every language you talk to.
A language that stopped being ready
iPhone caps how many speech languages one app may hold. Past the cap the one you have gone longest without is retired — your own language and the one you are talking to are always kept.
Removing one
Press and hold a language to take it out of the conversation. The speech model stays on the phone: iOS exposes no way for an app to delete it.
During a conversation
It said nothing
Two sharp taps mean the turn was refused. Chirp will not speak a sentence it is not sure of — say it again, a little slower. That is the rule the whole product is built on.
It heard the wrong language
The cat changes face for you, for them, and for a turn it could not place. A misheard turn is refused rather than guessed at.
Nothing from the speaker
Headphones or a car move the sound off the loudspeaker, and speaking into an earpiece is not this product. Chirp says so on screen; disconnect the other device.
Starting it without the screen
Action button, Back Tap, Control Centre or Siri — all four do the same thing. The Languages screen has the exact path for each.
Reporting a bug
In the app
Languages › Report a bug. It opens a mail draft to support@agenturo.app with the app version, the iPhone model, the iOS version and the pair of languages already filled in — the four things nobody can recall afterwards.
What it does not carry
Nothing anybody said. No transcript, no recording, no identifier. You can read every line of the draft, edit it, and delete it before it goes anywhere.
No mail app
A phone with no mail account cannot open a draft, so Chirp shows the address instead, with a button that copies it: support@agenturo.app.
It is a mail draft rather than a form because there is no server to post a form to, and a crash-reporting service would be a third party watching everything the app does. A draft you read before you send it is the stronger promise, and it costs nothing to keep.
